Ephedrine and Related Compounds/Retail Sale [SPCC]; Requires each retail distributor to maintain a written or electronic log or receipts of transactions involving the sale of ephedrine, pseudoephedrine, or phenylpropanolamine. Requires a person who is purchasing ephedrine or those related compounds for personal use to produce a current and valid proof of identity and age, and to sign a written log, an electronic log, or a receipt to document the transaction, etc.
