CS/SB 1470: Uniform Port Access Credential Card [LPCC]
GENERAL BILL by Military Affairs and Domestic Security ; Dean
Uniform Port Access Credential Card [LPCC]; Authorizes the Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles to designate the Transportation Security Administration's Transportation Worker Identification Credential card as the Uniform Port Access Credential Card. Authorizes the department to set and collect a fee. Limits the amount of such fee, etc.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law
