Public Schools/Service-learning Programs [SPCC]; Requires the Department of Education to encourage school districts to initiate, adopt, expand, and institutionalize service-learning programs, activities, and policies in kindergarten through grade 12. Encourages these service-learning classes to be a student-centered, research-based teaching and learning strategies that engage students in meaningful service activities in their schools and communities, etc.
