Pasco County/Property Insurance Reduction [EPCC]; Creates the "Pasco County Property Insurance Rate Reduction Act." Requires insurance companies that provide property insurance coverage in Pasco County, when establishing property insurance rates for the county, to take into consideration local efforts and ordinances directed toward reducing the risk of loss due to sinkhole activity, etc.
