SB 1526: Salvage Motor Vehicles [EPCC]

GENERAL BILL by Justice

Salvage Motor Vehicles [EPCC]; Provides that it is a felony of the third degree to deliver to a salvage motor vehicle dealer a vehicle that has a false, fictitious, or altered title, salvage certificate of title, or certificate of destruction. Deletes a provision allowing the substitution of an affidavit in place of a title or certificate of destruction, etc.
