GENERAL BILL by King
Transportation [EPCC]; Creates the Florida Seaport Finance Corporation and authorizes the corporation to issue bonds at the request of the Department of Transportation for the financing or refinancing of port improvements. Provides that the corporation is exempt from taxation, is not a special district, and is authorized to enter into interlocal agreements, etc.
