GENERAL BILL by General Government Appropriations ; Alexander

Department of Business and Professional Regulation [FPCC]; Authorizes the department to set by rule the fees paid annually by professions regulated by the department. Requires the department to waive or reduce fees under certain conditions for all professions subject to fees. Requires the department to reduce condominium association fees to a certain amount for a specified time. Requires the department to reduce cooperative association fees to a certain amount for a specified time, etc.
