GENERAL BILL by Health and Human Services Appropriations ; Peaden

Medicaid Program [FPCC]; Authorizes the AHCA to transfer fees used to repay nursing home Medicaid overpayments to the Grants and Donations Trust Fund within the AHCA. Discontinues optional Medicaid payments for certain persons age 65 or over or who are blind or disabled. Revises certain eligibility criteria for pregnant women and children younger than 21. Discontinues adult dental services and adult hearing services on a certain date, etc.
