GENERAL BILL by Transportation and Economic Development Appropriations ; Agriculture ; Baker
Agricultural and Farming Equipment/Highways [EPCC]; Revises restrictions on use of certain agriculture-related vehicles. Provides for exemptions from width and height limitations for certain farming or agricultural equipment. Provides conditions for use of such equipment. Authorizes certain movements without an overwidth permit from the Department of Transportation. Provides lighting requirements for certain overwidth equipment, etc.
