Developmental Disabilities [SPCC]; Revises the term "developmental disabilities institution" to be known as a "developmental disabilities center." Revises provisions regarding background screening of direct service providers. Provides additional grounds for denying, suspending, or revoking a license, or imposing a fine against a provider serving clients of the Agency for Persons with Disabilities, etc.
