GENERAL BILL by Communications and Public Utilities ; Baker
Water and Wastewater Utilities [RPCC]; Revises provisions for Florida Public Service Commission (PSC) staff assistance in changing rates and charges for water and wastewater utilities. Provides for periodic adjustment of the gross annual revenue level established by the PSC for such purposes. Requires the PSC to periodically submit a report to the Legislature and specifies the report requirements, etc.
