Surveyors and Mappers/Fences/Agricultural Land [EPCC]; Prohibits surveyors and mappers and their subordinates from willfully and maliciously breaking or injuring fences on agricultural land. Prohibits offenders from willfully and maliciously breaking or injuring fences containing livestock. Provides for restitution for damages or losses, etc.
