Lobbyist/Prohibition of Acceptance of Expenditures [LPCC]; Provides that lobbyists' or principals' food and beverage expenditures are exempt from the gift ban at events, meetings, or functions held for the sole purpose of providing information on legislative, community, or governmental issues or having a specific education component. Exempts, also, the food and beverages associated with an organizational, governmental, professional, or public interest function or reception, etc.
