GENERAL BILL by Community Affairs ; Regulated Industries ; Villalobos

Community Associations [EPCC]; Revises membership criteria for members of the Regulatory Council of Community Association Managers. Requires the board to establish a public education program. Requires the DBPR to investigate certain complaints and allegations. Provides that any person who knowingly or intentionally defaces, destroys, or fails to create or maintain accounting records is subject to civil and criminal sanctions, etc.
