TRUST FUND/GENERAL BILL by Crist
Shared County/State Juvenile Detention TF/DJJ [FPCC]; Re-creates the Shared County/State Juvenile Detention Trust Fund within the Department of Juvenile Justice without modification. Removes the scheduled review and termination of the trust fund. Requires counties to deposit funds for the costs for juvenile detention into said trust fund rather than the Juvenile Justice Grants and Donations Trust Fund, etc.
