GENERAL BILL by Wise
Firefighter & Municipal Police Pensions [RPCC]; Revises provisions relating to the board of trustees of the firefighters' pension trust fund and the municipal police officers trust fund. Defines "firefighter" to clarify that certified supervisory and command personnel are covered by the firefighter pension plans and that part-time and auxiliary employees are not included in these plans. Describes the boundaries of a special fire control district, etc.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law
