GENERAL BILL by Bennett

Mental Health/Substance Abuse Services Integration [SPCC]; Authorizes the Department of Children and Family Services in consultation with the Agency for Health Care Administration to establish a pilot program in Manatee County, beginning July 1, 2008, which integrates services provided in an adult mental health crisis stabilization unit with services provided in an addictions receiving facility. Requires licensure and provides eligibility criteria for services, etc.
