GENERAL BILL by Transportation

Driver's Licenses [EPCC]; Requires the Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles to collect and report to the Legislature information concerning customer service at driver's license offices. Increases the amount of the service fee that may be charged by driver's license agents, etc.
