SB 2226: Water Restrictions [RPCC]
GENERAL BILL by Aronberg
Water Restrictions [RPCC]; Authorizes the governing board of a water management district or the Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) to issue an order establishing liability, requiring corrective action, or imposing an administrative penalty against a person who violates a declaration of water shortage. Requires the governing board or the DEP to issue a notice of noncompliance before taking administrative action against a violator, etc.
