TRUST FUND/GENERAL BILL by Joyner

Lead Poisoning Prevention Trust Fund/DOH [SPCC]; Creates the Lead Poisoning Prevention Trust Fund within the Department of Health. Provides that funds credited to the trust fund shall consist of fees generated from examinations and certification required under the Florida Lead-based Paint Reduction Program. Provides for future review and termination or re-creation of the trust fund, etc.
