Florida Arborist Licensing Law [RPCC]; Provides a statement of purpose. Provides powers and duties of the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services. Establishes a fee schedule for licensure as an arborist. Establishes licensure procedures and requirements to practice arboriculture and provide arboriculture services. Provides for the reactivation of a license under certain conditions. Requires that the department maintain a roster of licensed arborists, etc. APPROPRIATION: $71,424.
