TRUST FUND/GENERAL BILL by Baker
Police Technology Trust Fund/FDLE [LPCC]; Creates the Police Technology Trust Fund within the Department of Law Enforcement to be used to allocate funds to public county or municipal law enforcement agencies to purchase and maintain technology equipment to be used in their law enforcement activities. Requires balances to remain in the trust fund. Provides for future review and termination or re-creation of the trust fund, etc.
