SB 232: Developmental Disabilities Institutions [SPCC]

GENERAL BILL by Fasano

Developmental Disabilities Institutions [SPCC]; Requires the Agency for Persons with Disabilities (APD) to give written notice to the Governor and Cabinet, each resident of the developmental disabilities institution, the resident's guardian, and any other authorized individual if it proposes to close or reduce by more than 10 percent, the resident population of an institution. Requires the Governor and Cabinet to give notice and hold a public hearing on any such proposal, etc.
