SB 2330: Homeowners' Associations [EPCC]
GENERAL BILL by Justice
Homeowners' Associations [EPCC]; Repeals a provision which provides for alternative dispute resolution of disputes between parcel owners and homeowners' associations. Creates provisions providing for dispute resolution regarding disputes between parcel owners and homeowners' associations. Requires that a dispute between a homeowners' association and a parcel owner be subject to presuit mediation before it may be filed in court, etc.
