Biomedical Research; Provides legislative intent to support biomedical research conducted by independent biomedical organization for purpose of combating chronic & infectious diseases & gaining better understanding of human immune system; funds development of FDA-recognized botanical drugs that are derived from patented polyphenylpropenoid polysaccharide complex (PPC), etc. APPROPRIATION.
