Employee Leasing Companies; Provides additional conditions for employee leasing companies' contractual arrangements with its client companies relating to workers' compensation coverage; requires employee leasing company to notify leased employees if it terminates relationship with client company; provides effective dates of workers' compensation coverage cancellation, etc.
