CS/SB 2374: Counterfeit Goods [EPCC]
GENERAL BILL by Commerce ; Diaz de la Portilla
Counterfeit Goods [EPCC]; Provides that possession of more than a specified number of counterfeit items, unless satisfactorily explained, allows an inference that such property is possessed with intent to offer it for sale or distribution in certain circumstances. Prohibits specified offenses involving forging or counterfeiting private labels, etc.
