GENERAL BILL by Wise
School Construction [SPCC]; Encourages the creation of a green schools action committee by district school boards and consortia of entities involved in matters concerning green schools. Provides for the evaluation of school district educational facilities plans to include an assessment of performance in the area of integration of certain low-energy usage features and passive design features, etc.
