Local Government Early Responders [RPCC]; Prohibits counties and municipalities from charging fees or seeking reimbursement for any costs or expenses that may be incurred involving the use of police, fire, and other emergency responder services, personnel, supplies, motor vehicles, or equipment in responding to a motor vehicle accident, fire, or other emergency, etc.
