CS/SB 2438: Spaceflight/Informed Consent [EPCC]

GENERAL BILL by Judiciary ; Posey

Spaceflight/Informed Consent [EPCC]; Creates part III of chapter 331, F.S., titled "Spaceflight." Provides immunity from liability for injury to or death of certain participants in spaceflight activities if specified informed consent requirements are complied with. Requires each participant to sign a warning statement and provides minimum requirements for such statement, etc.
