GENERAL BILL by Criminal Justice ; Crist
Sexual Offenders and Predators [LPCC]; Revises provisions relating to reimbursement of specified costs by sexual predators. Specifies residency distance limitations for persons convicted of certain sexual offenses. Provides for enhanced penalties for loitering or prowling by persons convicted of certain sex offenses. Provides additional restrictions for certain probationers or community controllees who committed sexual offenses with minors under the age of 16, etc.
