SB 250: Criminal History Records/Expunction and Sealing [LPCC]
GENERAL BILL by Wilson
Criminal History Records/Expunction and Sealing [LPCC]; Requires the Department of Law Enforcement to notify the appropriate clerk of the court, the state attorney or statewide prosecutor, the county, and the arresting agency of any criminal history records of minors which are expunged. Requires the arresting agency, the county, and the department to notify those entities that received the criminal records information, etc.
