Grandparent Visitation/Minor Child [SPCC]; Authorizes the grandparent of a minor child to petition a court for visitation under certain circumstances. Authorizes appointment of a guardian ad litem and mediation following a prima facie showing of harm. Authorizes grandparental visitation if the court makes specified findings. Requires clear and convincing evidence of demonstrable significant mental or emotional harm to the minor resulting from a denial of visitation, etc.
