Reduced Cigarette Ignition Trust Fund/DBPR [EPCC]; Creates the Reduced Cigarette Ignition Propensity and Firefighter Protection Enforcement Trust Fund within the Division of Alcoholic Beverages and Tobacco of the Department of Business and Professional Regulation. Provides that funds credited to the trust fund shall consist of certification fees submitted by cigarette manufacturers, etc.
