Sovereign Immunity/Law Enforcement Agencies [LPCC]; Cites this act as the "Mark Lunsford Show Respect and Gratitude to Law Enforcement Act." Prescribes conditions under which a law enforcement agency is immune from liability for damages resulting from its conduct of a criminal investigation. Specifies certain discretionary acts that are not subject to liability, etc.
