GENERAL BILL by Storms

Temporary and Concurrent Custody of a Child [SPCC]; Revises provisions relating to petitions and court orders awarding the temporary custody of a child to an extended family member to also provide for concurrent custody with the parents of the child. Revises the petition for concurrent custody to also include a description of efforts made to obtain consent. Provides that a court may grant a petition for concurrent custody upon specified findings, etc.
