GENERAL BILL by Baker
Credit Enhancement Loans [EPCC]; Provides for the licensure of lenders by the Department of Financial Services (DFS). Requires that the licensee maintain a minimum net worth. Provides for enforcement of loan agreements. Provides for reports to credit bureaus. Requires that a licensee maintain records for a specified period and allow the department to examine its records. Authorizes the DFS to issue subpoenas and compel testimony, etc.
