Reduced Cigarette Ignition/Firefighter Protection [EPCC]; Creates the Reduced Cigarette Ignition Propensity Standard and Firefighter Protection Act. Provides cigarette testing methods and performance standards. Provides for the deposit of certification fees into the Reduced Cigarette Ignition Propensity and Firefighter Protection Enforcement Trust Fund. Provides for repeal upon the enactment of preemptive federal standard, etc.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law except as otherwise provided
