CS/SB 2648: Government Accountability [RPCC]

GENERAL BILL by Community Affairs ; Dean

Government Accountability [RPCC]; Revises certain per diem and travel requirements and limitations. Provides limitations on annual unreserved undesignated fund balances. Expands application of certain requirements for county officer budgets. Provides that contractual rights of local government employees and retirees who are members of the FRS or a local government retirement system are not considered contracts, etc.

Effective Date: Upon becoming law except as otherwise provided
