Pharmacy; Revises pharmacist licensure by endorsement by removing timeframe requirements for passage of nationally recognized examination; provides for registration of pharmacy technicians; requires Board of Pharmacy to set fees & rules to register pharmacy technicians; provides qualification requirements; exempts pharmacy technician students & licensed pharmacy interns from certain registration requirements, etc.
