GENERAL BILL by Storms

Shelter or Foster Care/Children/Education [SPCC]; Provides conditions for court appointment of a surrogate parent for educational decisionmaking for a child who has or is suspected of having a disability. Provides for access to certain records to liaisons between school districts and the Department of Children and Family Services or the court. Provides access to free public education for certain children in foster care and authorizes a temporary exemption relating thereto, etc.
