GENERAL BILL by Health and Human Services Appropriations ; Health Regulation ; Peaden
Dentistry [SPCC]; Revises the requirements for entitlement to take the necessary examinations to practice dentistry in this state. Provides requirements for application for a health access dental license in this state and for renewal of a health access dental license. Revises requirements relating to retention of dental laboratories by dentists. Requires specified continuing education for renewal of registration of a dental laboratory by a time certain, etc.
