SB 2764: Reclaimed Water Development [RPCC]

Reclaimed Water Development [RPCC]; Provides that reclaimed water is available to a consumptive use permit applicant. Requires a water management district to require the use of reclaimed water under certain circumstances. Provides that the use of reclaimed water is economically feasible if provided for a charge less than or equal to the charge for potable water provided by a water utility located in the permit applicant's service area, etc.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law
