SB 2768: State Investments [RPCC]

GENERAL BILL by Deutch ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Justice

State Investments [RPCC]; Clarifies provisions relating to the retention of independent investment advisors or managers by the State Board of Administration (SBA). Provides that the executive director of the SBA is subject to confirmation by the Senate. Requires the Investment Advisory Council to submit a review and summary of recommended changes to the investment policy statement of the SBA before the SBA votes on changes to the statement, etc.
