CS/SB 2778: Economic Development [EPCC]

GENERAL BILL by Transportation and Economic Development Appropriations ; Fasano ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Crist ; Dockery ; Lynn

Economic Development [EPCC]; Creates a uniform process for the review and certification of economic development incentive projects by Enterprise Florida, Inc., and the OTTED. Establishes the Building Florida's Future Revolving Loan Guarantee Program within the OTTED. Revises the sources of funds that may be used to provide refunds for the qualified defense contractor tax refund program, etc. APPROPRIATION: $20,060,000.

Effective Date: Upon becoming law except as otherwise provided
