SB 2822: Education [SPCC]
GENERAL BILL by Wise
Education [SPCC]; Amends a provision relating to the Corporate Income Tax Credit Scholarship Program. Provides that specified students who have been in educational programs of the DJJ or in foster care are eligible for participation in the scholarship program. Provides income criteria for continuation of scholarships for students in foster care. Amends a provision relating to the John M. McKay Scholarships for Students with Disabilities Program, etc.
