GENERAL BILL by Posey

Florida Clean Energy Center, Inc. [RPCC]; Creates the Florida Clean Energy Center, Incorporated. Applies specified laws concerning public records and open meetings to the center. Requires that the center establish, at minimum, an office at the Kennedy Space Center. Authorizes the center to develop and implement programs or strategies concerning clean energy. Authorizes the center to invest certain public funds for specified purposes, etc. APPROPRIATION: $50,000,000.
