GENERAL BILL by Siplin
Enterprise Zone Designations/Orange & Osceola Co. [EPCC]; Authorizes the Office of Tourism, Trade, and Economic Development to designate enterprise zones in Orange County and Osceola County which include the boundaries of a community redevelopment zone. Requires that the application be submitted by a specified date. Requires the office to establish the initial effective date of the enterprise zone, etc.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law
