LOCAL BILL by Ring
Lauderhill, Plantation, & Ft. Lauderdale/Broward; Adjusts the corporate limits of the Cities of Lauderhill, Plantation, and Fort Lauderdale to include within, or exclude from, such corporate limits a specified parcel and portions of rights-of-way and to remedy the creation of an enclave. Provides for transfer of public roads and rights-of-way. Provides for certain powers over the annexed area. Provides for continuation of contracts in effect prior to annexation, etc.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law
