GENERAL BILL by Criminal and Civil Justice Appropriations ; Aronberg ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Fasano

Video Voyeurism [LPCC]; Provides that it is a third-degree felony for certain persons who are responsible for the welfare of a child younger than 16 years of age to commit the offense of video voyeurism, video voyeurism dissemination, or commercial video voyeurism dissemination against that child, etc.
